Overview

The Real-Estate Risk Dashboard provides an integrated view of natural-hazard exposure for property projects — from site screening at acquisition, to due diligence and portfolio monitoring. The platform computes scores (0–100), shows the decision traffic light (GO • GO with conditions • STOP), and produces standardized reports (Basic/Pro PDF) with unique ID, traceability and GIS exports.

Data, methodology, governance

Analyses are benchmarked to the Quantellis Inventory. Each evaluation preserves dataset version, timestamp and confidence level. Standard interpretation: AOI–hazard intersection → intersection map + %/ha affected; no intersection → minimum distance to the hazard boundary. An aggregated Global Risk drives the decision traffic light.
